The life transitions that come post-high school can be quite difficult, whether that is the shift to college, relationship struggles and changes, the demands of independent living, or finding and keeping a job. Sometimes these life changes can cause confusing feelings to arise, especially when accompanied by struggles with identity and questions about one’s purpose in life. Through a mindfulness-awareness based approach I help young adults learn to meaningfully engage with all the complexities that come with living in today’s complicated world.
